Most SaaS makes the organisation adapt to the software. We think it should be the other way around. The system should reflect how the organisation actually works, and change when the organisation changes.

The people who know the work should shape the system
Too often, expertise passes from expert to business analyst to developer before it becomes something the organisation can use. We think that gap should disappear. The people who know the work should be able to change how it gets done directly.

People and AI should be supported to play to their strengths
People and AI are good at different things. The best outcomes come from giving each the right role, the right tools and the right level of responsibility inside the same system.

Where we are
xytana flow is in development. We are building it with a small group of design partners: organisations with complex, people-heavy operations who want to shape the product, not just buy it.
We are taking our time to get it right.
About Xytana
Xytana is an Australian company, founded in Melbourne by Mark Chapman.
Mark spent 25 years in telecommunications, including senior executive roles at Telstra. As CEO of MTData, he grew the telematics business and led its sale to Jonas Software.
We are not trying to impress. We are making complex work understandable.
